The School

Killarney, belonging to the county of Kerry, is one of the most beautiful cities in Ireland with a spectacular National Park that shares its name with the city and makes this area unique for its mountains, lakes and tourist attractions, including Ross Castle which dates back to the 15th Century.

The school is in a comfortable and quiet setting for study, and sees itself more as a home than a school. Activities and excursions

The school offers a wide range of activities, all depending on the type of course the student is taking (alone or with their families). Among the most popular activities are: Kayak trips, outdoors activities, ghost tours around Killarney, Gaelic Football, horse riding and bike riding, boat trips to Dinis and Inifallen, rugby and other excursions.

Accommodation

Students will feel at home if they choose a homestay, where they will be considered and treated as a member of the family. Homestay accommodation allows students to improve their English and experience the culture of the city and country they are visiting. In the family home the student will stay in a private room with a desk, wardrobe and a comfortable bed. As for meals, these are all provided by the host family, except for lunch.

There are also options to stay in apartments or holiday homes, to suit the needs of the students and their families. The accommodation typically includes a single or double room with a lounge, washing machine, TV, video, fridge, etc. Another accommodation option offered is bed and breakfast and hotels, selected according to your preferences and located close to the school.
